Refund Policy
Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Congratulations on taking the first step to your hair and scalp healing journey. While we are more than happy to help find a more than fair solution if you have any issue with your order, we are not able accept returns or exchanges due to the hygienic aspect of cosmetics. Cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed, so long as requests are processed before the order has been shipped. If your order has not shipped we can however, make changes to the mailing address if it is incorrect. We DO NOT offer refunds after the order has been placed due to the nature of the product.
